She is very empathetic and friendly and knows how to listen to your customers and fully understands the difficulties that a non-native speaker may have when requesting help in another language and she adapted to the situation perfectly. She was a very friendly person who let me express my worries, asked questions and was very understanding. She saved my very bad long day and was a positive side of a very bad experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I will never forget the service she provided.”

“Our motorhome gave a warning sound and flashed a low engine oil pressure message. Your operator was very helpful, he first asked about the size of the vehicle and the oil level. We had checked the oil level and it was fine. Your operator did advise that there are a number of things that could cause a low engine oil pressure and recommended towing to err on the side of caution. The gentleman was very helpful, nothing was a problem.”
