Includes 6 callouts per policy year.

Battery Assistance
Attendance to jumpstart the covered vehicle. Replacement batteries may be arranged subject to availability and are at the member’s expense.

Vehicle Unlock Assistance
Attendance by a technician to attempt entry into the covered vehicle.

Flat Tyre Assistance
Assistance to fit the vehicle’s serviceable spare tyre. If no suitable spare is available, towing to the nearest repairer or place of safety may be offered, up to a maximum NZRA contribution of $200 including GST.

Fuel Assistance
Delivery of up to 5 litres of fuel, or towing to the nearest refuelling station or place of safety, at NZRA’s discretion, whichever is closest (The delivery service is covered, but the cost of the fuel is payable by the member)

Towing Assistance
If the vehicle experiences a mechanical or electrical breakdown and becomes immobilised, towing assistance may be provided to the nearest repairer or place of safety, up to a maximum NZRA contribution of $200 including GST.

EV Assistance
Towing of an electric vehicle to the nearest accessible charging station or place of safety, at NZRA’s discretion, whichever is closest.

If you are unsure where to take your vehicle, NZRA may assist with recommendations for suitable repairers.

This policy covers a maximum of 6 events per annum and for the towing benefit we cover the costs to either the closest repairer or nearest place of safety up to $200 inc gst for the initial tow.

If Heavy salvage equipement is required this will be at the members expense as quoted.
